The successful candidate will engage with business, IT, OT, data, cyber security and integration stakeholders to facilitate workshops, assess current-state environments and develop governance-ready architecture recommendations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop enterprise, reference and target-state architecture artefacts aligned to business and technology strategy.\n\nFacilitate architecture workshops across business, OT, IT, data, cyber security, integration and platform teams.\n\nDefine OT/IT integration architecture, including data flows, security boundaries, integration patterns and operational considerations.\n\nIdentify and document data domains, ownership, stewardship and data platform requirements.\n\nDevelop data platform strategies and governance frameworks aligned to enterprise architecture principles.\n\nDefine and evaluate integration patterns, including API, event-driven, batch, mediated and data-platform approaches.\n\nDevelop business capability maps and assess operating-model implications.\n\nDefine target data architectures, including data domains, ownership, master/reference data and analytics requirements.\n\nDevelop phased architecture and technology roadmaps, including dependencies, risks, priorities and key decision points.\n\nProduce Architecture Decision Records, architecture packs, governance checklists and other materials required for architecture review and approval.\n\nMaintain architecture decision, risk, issue, assumption and dependency logs.\n\nEngage with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve conflicting viewpoints and translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations.\n\nSupport knowledge transfer and ensure architecture artefacts are appropriately documented and stored within the relevant EA repository.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 7 years' experience in Enterprise, Solution, Integration and/or Data Architecture.\n\nStrong experience developing enterprise, reference and target-state architectures.\n\nPractical experience with OT/IT integration and industrial environments.\n\nStrong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nExperience in Data Architecture, data platforms, data governance and data ownership.\n\nUnderstanding of Cyber Security Architecture, including security boundaries, segmentation, access control and secure integration principles.\n\nExperience with Business Architecture, business capability modelling and operating-model considerations.\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.\n\nExperience producing architecture documentation, roadmaps, decision records and governance-ready material.\n\nAbility to work across both strategic and detailed technical architecture discussions.\n\nRelevant degree or equivalent qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or a related field.\n\nEnterprise Architecture certification or training such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BIZBOK or equivalent practical methodology experience is advantageous.\n\nAdvantageous Experience\nExperience within energy, mining, chemicals, manufacturing or other large industrial environments.\n\nExposure to MES, historians, plant data platforms, industrial connectivity, ISA-95 or OT Cyber Security.\n\nExperience with MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Kafka/event streaming or API Management.\n\nExposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, Snowflake or similar data platforms.\n\nExperience with EA and architecture modelling tools such as SAP LeanIX, ServiceNow APM/CMDB, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Archi, Lucid or Miro.\n\nExperience in New Energy, sustainability, trading, logistics, customer or commercial operating models would be
