Occasional reporting to the City Deep office will be required.\nRole Purpose:\nTo drive profitable revenue growth by managing and expanding an allocated customer base through disciplined sales execution, consistent customer engagement, and correct product application in line with company standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify and recommend products based on customer and market needs\nGenerate and follow up on leads (including new COD accounts)\nPrepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices, ensuring follow-through\nActively grow and maintain customer relationships within the region\nConduct regular client visits in line with a structured call cycle (80/20 principle)\nProvide product training to customers or coordinate training where required\nMonitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities\nEnsure accurate reporting and compliance with company processes\nMinimum Requirements:\nMatric (Non-negotiable)\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket or parts sales\nExperience in wholesale/retail replacement parts sales (advantageous)\nKnowledge or experience in automotive mobile air-conditioning systems (advantageous)\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively\nSkills & Knowledge:\nStrong automotive parts and industry knowledge\nTechnical aptitude, particularly in motor vehicle air-conditioning systems\nBusiness and commercial acumen\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nGood numerical ability and analytical thinking\nTime management and organisational skills\nCompetencies:\nAbility to work under
