requirements are met.\nMaintain accurate customer records and complete regular call reports.\n Sales Administration & CoordinationPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports.\nCheck stock availability, prepare quotations and process sales orders using Syspro.\nExpedite sales orders and follow up to ensure efficient service delivery.\nWork closely with Internal Sales and Counter Sales teams to coordinate customer requirements.\nAssist Counter Sales staff when required.\nResolve account queries and follow up on outstanding customer payments.\nMaintain accurate reporting on customer activity, sales performance and market developments.\nMinimum Requirements\n3-5 years' experience selling steel and steel-related products.\nPrevious experience within a retail environment.\nSyspro experience is essential.\nPrevious Sales Representative experience will be a strong advantage.\nProven ability to achieve sales turnover and gross profit targets.\nValid driver's licence.\nStrong understanding of sales processes and business development.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.\nEnergetic, proactive and results-driven approach to sales.\nExcellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\nMust be based in the Western Cape, as relocation is not being
