contracts\nRequirements:\nMatric\nAt least 5+ years Facilities Management experience, including budgeting and contractor management\nStrong all-round Facilities experience (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Generator, Electrical & Water Meters etc.)\nPrevious Body Corporate Facilities Management experience advantageous\nKnowledge on Health and Safety Management\nHands-on Problem-Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure\nAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently\nEffective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel\nHonest and trustworthy beyond approach\nGreat attention to detail\nPresentable and well spoken\nTeam Player who leads by example\nProactive in approach\nInterpersonal skills\nLeadership
