responsibilities:\nOversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience.\n\nLead, motivate and develop the food and beverage team, maintaining high levels of professionalism, efficiency and service excellence.\n\nEnsure that all food and beverage offerings meet the expectations of a luxury hospitality environment.\n\nMonitor operational costs, stock control, purchasing and inventory management to maintain profitability.\n\nManage budgets, revenue targets and departmental expenses, implementing strategies to improve financial performance.\n\nWork closely with the kitchen, front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.\n\nMaintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, presentation and compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.\n\nHandle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.\n\nAssist with menu planning, beverage selection, promotions and the development of creative dining experiences.\n\nConduct staff training and performance management to encourage continuous improvement and consistent service delivery.\n\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or senior food and beverage leadership role within a 5-star hotel, luxury boutique property or fine-dining environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, stock control and cost management.\n\nProven leadership abilities, with the confidence to manage, motivate and develop a diverse team.\n\nExcellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.\n\nA strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting and departmental profitability.\n\nA hands-on approach, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.\n\nA genuine passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and delivering memorable dining experiences.\n\nProfessional presentation and the ability to maintain the high standards expected within a luxury property.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality
