This role is ideal for a detail-driven, analytical professional who can translate financial data into meaningful business insights while ensuring strong governance and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights\nManage full general ledger function, including reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close\nDrive budgeting, forecasting, and weekly/monthly estimates\nEnsure compliance with IFRS and internal control frameworks\nOversee CAPEX, fixed assets, and tooling spend tracking\nSupport internal and external audits, including year-end processes\nManage costing, including BOMs, landed costs, and PPV analysis\nOversee working capital: stock, debtors, creditors, and cash flow\nHandle intercompany reconciliations and forex requirements\nEnsure accurate tax and statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, etc.)\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives\nRequirements\nDegree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance (CIMA advantageous)\nMinimum 8 years’ experience as a Financial Controller\nStrong manufacturing experience preferred\nAdvanced Excel and ERP system experience (BPCS advantageous)\nSolid understanding of IFRS and financial controls\nKey Attributes\nHighly analytical with strong attention to detail\nSelf-driven and able to work independently\nStrong communicator with the ability to engage across operations\nHigh levels of integrity and accountability\nAdditional Information\nOffice-based with occasional plant exposure (stock takes, audits)\nStandard day shift with occasional travel\nPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
