Company and Job Description:

A prestigious hospitality group in Johannesburg North is looking for a Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function within a fast-paced hotel environment. This is not your typical back-office role. The Financial Controller will be at the heart of the operation, partnering with management, driving financial performance, and ensuring the business remains as profitable as it is memorable for its guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual financial statements
  • VAT/TAX
  • Journals and reconciliations
  • Income statement
  • Balance sheet
Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • BCom Accounting
  • SAICA/SAIPA Articles
  • 3-5 years post articles experience
  • Proven experience within the hospitality, hotel, or leisure industry
