effectively\nCustomer service-oriented mindset\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills Fast & accurate data entry skills\nKnowledge of hotel operations and procedures\nHighly professional and well groomed\nHigh professional standard of customer service, ascertained through feedback from internal and external customers\nDisplay a 'can-do'
