least 6 years’ relevant experience, including 2-4 years in a similar role.\nPrevious Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager experience in a five-star hotel environment.\nAdvanced knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.\nBasic HR knowledge, particularly disciplinary procedures.\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.\nGood knowledge of the local area.\nStrong leadership, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.\nProfessional presentation and a warm, guest-focused approach.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards in a fast-paced hospitality
