Requirements: 5+ years of professional software development experience across the full stack Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language/framework (Python, Ruby, Node.js, Go, C#, Java, or similar) with a demonstrated ability to pick up new stacks quickly Hands-on frontend experience building user-facing applications - not just internal tooling or admin dashboards.
