supply shortages and urgent operational requirements\n- Tactical Buying & SourcingSource routine and low-risk commodities within delegated purchasing authority\nObtain competitive quotations from approved suppliers\nConduct RFQs and prepare quote comparisons\nEnsure compliance with procurement procedures and approved supplier requirements\nSupport buyers with tactical sourcing activities and supplier follow-ups\n- Supplier & Invoice AdministrationResolve invoice, pricing, and Goods Received Note (GRN) discrepancies with suppliers and Finance\nFollow up on supplier documentation requests\nAssist with supplier onboarding administration as directed by the buying team\nMaintain supplier communication records\n- Master Data ManagementMaintain item master information within the ERP system\nEnsure accuracy of: * Units of Measure (UoM) * Supplier lead times * Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) * Supplier reference * Pricing information where applicable * Support data quality initiatives\n- Reporting & KPI SupportCompile and maintain procurement reports\nUpdate open order and overdue delivery reports\nMonitor procurement KPIs and provide weekly status updates\nAssist buyers with reporting requirements and project administration\n- General Procurement SupportProvide workload relief to Buyers across multiple categories\nAssist with procurement projects and improvement initiatives\nCrosstrain on key commodity groups\nProvide procurement coverage during leave periods and peak demand periods\nPerform additional procurement related duties as required.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n- Procurement EfficiencyPO cycle time from approved requisition to PO creation\nNumber of PRs processed per month\nOpen requisition backlog\n- Supplier Delivery PerformanceOn-time delivery follow-up completion\nReduction of overdue PO lines\nBackorder resolution turnaround time\nExpedite requests closed within SLA\n- Sourcing CompliancePercentage of purchases
