and engaging online and social media assets that align with our brand identity and message.\nCreating visually appealing layouts and designs for print marketing material, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.\nCollaborating with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate our off-road motorsport and mountain biking events and products.\nStaying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our marketing materials.\nWorking closely with senior graphic designers and the marketing team to implement design feedback and iterate on designs as needed.\nPerforming any marketing or administration duties related to the marketing department requested by your Line Manager.\nMinimum Requirements:\nA relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g., Diploma or Degree).\nA strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials, demonstrating your creativity and technical skills.\n Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\nUnderstanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.\nFamiliarity with current digital and social media design trends.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and other teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nA keen interest in, or knowledge of, off-road motorsport and/or mountain biking is
