We're particularly interested in designers who have worked across different brands and can adapt their creative approach to suit the brief, the audience and the business and execute in time and on brand.\n What Technical Skills you will bring to the mission:Proficiency in full Adobe Creative Cloud, with excellent Skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.\nProficiency in full MS Office Suite (i.e. MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel).\nProduction know-how: print specifications, large-format graphics, exhibition branding, packaging and supplier requirements.\nSkilled in using time tracking and project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.\nAbility to roll-out collateral additions across channels, touch points and applications.\nTranslation of technically complex data into simplified design experiences.\nBranding expertise: the ability to apply and evolve a corporate identity across multiple formats and applications\nDuties will include, but not limited to:Bringing Our Brand Into Orbit:\n Help refine, strengthen and establish the visual identity. Roll out our corporate identity consistently across marketing, sales, product and corporate communications.\n Develop and maintain brand guidelines, reusable design assets and templates.\n Make sure every brand touchpoint feels considered, cohesive and professionally executed.\n\nMaking Print Beautiful Again Lead the design of brochures, product guides, technical datasheets, company profiles, reports and corporate collateral.\n Apply excellent typography, information hierarchy, grid systems and layout principles to complex technical content.\n Prepare production-ready artwork and manage prepress, print specifications and supplier handovers.\n Develop professional Microsoft Word and PowerPoint corporate templates that are both beautifully designed and genuinely practical to use.\n\nTaking the Brand Into the Real World Design exhibition stands, trade show branding, large-format graphics and event collateral.\n Create exciting designs for branded merchandise, packaging, promotional materials and other physical brand applications.\n Develop advertising layouts and extend the brand into digital content templates, social media graphics and web assets.\n Assist Marketing Operations to liaise with printers, fabricators and suppliers to ensure the final result lives up to the design.\n\n Leading the Creative Process\n Take projects from initial idea to final artwork, balancing creative ambition with deadlines, budgets and production realities.\nWork directly with marketing, brand management and engineering teams to turn briefs -
