workflow, task prioritisation, and deadline management\n\nProvide mentorship, performance feedback, and skills development\n\nEnsure adherence to internal design processes, procedures, and approval steps\n\nManage end-to-end graphic workflow across all projects\n\nPerform quality checks on all artwork before production or publication\n\nLead packaging design, including supplier liaison and artwork approvals\n\nDesign and produce the annual product catalogue\n\nManage monthly promotional design from concept to rollout\n\nCreate signage and maintain brand consistency across all visual communication\n\nCoordinate with suppliers on packaging specifications, die lines, sampling, and corrections\n\nOversee design-related equipment and ensure software compatibility\n\nTroubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate support\n\nMinimum Requirements\n5-7 years graphic design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or team-lead role\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, Illustrator\n\nStrong packaging design and printing process knowledge\n\nExperience in catalogues, promotional campaigns, and artwork workflows\n\nExcellent time management and organisational skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work under pressure\n\nStrong leadership and people-management skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines\n\nAdvantageous\nExperience in product-based or retail environments\n\nPhotography, video editing, or digital asset management skills\n\nFamiliarity with workflow or project-management
