literate\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to work well within a team\nValid Food Handling Certificate and First Aid Certificate (advantageous)\nCore Responsibilities:Lead and supervise all kitchen operations and food preparation\nEnsure meals are prepared to set recipes and company standards\nMaintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and service\nMonitor portion control and food costs to keep waste to a minimum\nTrain and mentor kitchen staff in preparation techniques and the company food philosophy\nEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations\nConduct regular hygiene audits and keep kitchens, fridges, and storerooms clean and organised\nAssist with stock control, stock takes, and food ordering\nWork closely with the Food and Beverage team to continually improve the guest dining
