Ensure consistency in all IR matters.\nDeveloping Policies and Procedures:Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external changes and new developments in the labour relations market.\nTraining: Developing and delivering training for management and employees on HR related topics\nLabour Market Analysis: Conducting research and analysis on labour market trends, collective bargaining agreements, and other industrial relations issues to ensure that all Industrial relations conducted at the Company are relevant to current legislation.\nAbsenteeism management:Assist in ensuring the absenteeism policy is adhered to with consistent discipline, employee engagement and reporting.\nReporting: Ensure that all monthly reporting is done timeously and efficiently\nRecruitment and Selection:Assist with recruitment and selection as and when required.\nInduction process:Assist with the induction process for all IR related subject matter.\nIncident investigation: Assist all Management/Supervisor with incident investigation by ensuring that all departments are following a fair and consistent process when conducting their own incident investigation.\nEmployee contract review:Reviewing of all employment contracts annually.\nAssist all employees and line management with HR related processes and queries.Supporting the HR Manager in all areas deemed appropriate and in accordance too departmental
