Data Centre's and servers and applications\nManage the relationship with the service providers\nEnsure company DRP is implemented and tested annually.\nRequirements:\nRelevant Information technology degree\nMinimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.\nRelevant experience in the financial services industry essential, for example as credit/ loan administrator\nExposure to the SGB environment would be beneficial\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop the infrastructure plan.\nDeliver on the infrastructure plan\nEnsure office connectivity in place and managed to SLA\nEnsure network management tools in place\n(NMS, proxy server)\nTelephony system per SLA agreement -\nDaily, weekly monthly stats\nFirewalls and security\nLAN, WAN working to SLA\nEnsure servers are available to company users as per SLA\nEnsure Management of network partners\nManagement stats in monthly reports\nEnsure all systems data backed up daily and stored in secure retrievable area\nEnsure the business continuity plan place and tested annually\nManage the i8 SLA, including\nAntivirus, Malware\nDesktops standards and profiles • email\npatch management, Version control on\nEnsure all updated installed in the corrected controlled way (WSUS/WDS)\nOnly company users able to logon to Domain\nEnsure users protection from Malware and virus' via recognized anti-virus application on each PC\nEnsure e-mail security and antispam solution implementation and management\nOffice printers/scanners\nMaintain a support helpdesk\nHelpdesk availability 24/7/365\nSupport analysis and reports\nImplement and communicate SLA\nMonitor and report on any SLA breaches\nManage all service
