Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\n\nRelevant certifications in frontend or web development technologies\n\nYour Expertise:\nAround 3--5 years' professional software development experience\n\nCommunication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)\n\nStrong hands-on experience with ReactJS\n\nInterpersonal and relationship management skills\n\nExperience working with APIs and backend services\n\nAnalytical skills\n\nExperience writing maintainable, testable code within a large-scale codebase\n\nProblem-solving skills\n\nComfortable working with Git and code review processes\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership\n\nJava or Spring experience would be an advantage, but is not essential\n\nWillingness to learn and expand backend knowledge over time\n\nGood knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend development\n\nStrong understanding of frontend architecture and component design\n\nUnderstanding of reusable, maintainable component patterns and best practices\n\nKnowledge of integrating frontend applications with APIs and backend services\n\nUnderstanding of version control and code review practices\n\nAwareness of
