ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and follow-ups.\nProcess orders, invoices, payments and customer collections.\nPick, pack, dispatch orders and arrange courier operations.\n Minimum RequirementsMatric (Grade 12).\nAt least 3 years’ relevant experience in internal sales, sales administration, stock control or warehouse operations.\nExperience in quotations, order processing, invoicing and inventory management.\nComputer literacy, including MS Office and an ERP, CRM or stock management system.\nStrong numerical, organisational and communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and time management.\nAbility to multitask, work independently and perform under pressure.\nWillingness to undertake hands-on warehouse duties and handle customer payments.\nIdeal Candidate: Proactive, reliable and organised, with strong customer service skills and the ability to switch between administrative, sales and practical warehouse duties.Monthly Package\nBasic Salary: R14,000\n Provident Allowance: R2,100 (after successful probation)\nAverage Commission: R6,000 per month, dependent on turnover\nMedical Aid: 50% company contribution\n Insurance: 100% company contribution towards life, disability and funeral cover (after successful probation)\nDecember Bonus: At management’s discretion, based on company and individual
