A well-established company based in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous internal sales experience, enjoy working with the public and be a positive, team-oriented individual.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric

  • Previous experience in an internal sales role

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Confident and professional when dealing with the public

  • Computer literate

  • Good telephone etiquette

  • Team player with a positive and helpful approach

  • Good administrative and organisational skills

Duties May Include

  • Assisting customers telephonically and in-store

  • Providing customers with product and service information

  • Generating quotations and processing invoices

  • Following up on customer enquiries and sales

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships

  • Assisting with general internal sales administration

  • Supporting the sales team and working collaboratively with colleagues
