Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery.
- Prepare quotations, orders and production instructions.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance and suppliers.
- Track orders and keep customers updated on progress and delivery.
- Follow up on quotations and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and systems.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Assist with stock control and reporting.
