Internal Sales Representative

Salary: R 15,000.00 to R 18,000.00

Overview

Our client in the automotive sector is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for promoting products, assisting walk-in and call-in customers, and ensuring excellent service delivery while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote product range to walk-in and telephonic customers
  • Process sales orders and follow up on transactions
  • Upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
  • Order and follow up on stock deliveries

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive spare parts sales
  • Commercial automotive experience (advantageous)

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (passenger, light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles)
  • Basic electrical automotive knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications
