Opportunity\nYou will manage inventory and warehouse activities across the business, ensuring that stock records remain accurate, imported materials are properly coordinated, and operational teams procedures, and staff performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and control inventory across the warehouse and operational functions.\nOversee cycle counts, bin locations, part numbers, and stock verification processes.\nInvestigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate stock records and ensure alignment between physical and system quantities.\nCoordinate imports and ensure compliance with customs requirements.\nManage inbound, storage, picking, dispatch, and logistics activities.\nDrive stock accuracy, inventory visibility, and efficient warehouse utilisation.\nLead and manage warehouse and inventory staff.\nAddress conflict, poor performance, and non-adherence to operational procedures.\nMaintain strong process control, operational discipline, and accountability.\nWork cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams.\nPrepare inventory reports and provide management with accurate operational insights.\nMinimum Requirements\nDiploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, or a related field.\nBTech qualification advantageous.\n4-5 years’ experience in Inventory Management or Stock Control.\n1-2 years’ team leadership or management experience.\nPrevious exposure to the pneumatic or hydraulic industry is strongly preferred.\nExperience managing imports, customs documentation, and logistics processes.\nStrong understanding of warehouse controls and inventory management principles.\nTechnical Requirement\n Syspro experience is essential.\nStrong
