The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring a robust, secure, and efficient IT environment that drives operational excellence and enables future growth.Key Responsibilities:\nIT Environment & Governance:Ensure a fit-for-purpose IT environment is attained to support operational efficiency and improvement.\nDevelop and implement IT governance and compliance frameworks, systems, and processes.\n\nInfrastructure Management:Manage IT infrastructure, including software and hardware assets and license management.\n\n Risk & Security:Manage IT risks considering the constantly changing and evolving technological landscape.\nDevelop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.\nDevelop IT security strategy and architecture across all layers (e.g., network, OS, application).\n\nStrategy & Innovation:Develop, implement, and manage the IT strategy and drive technology innovation.\nOptimize key systems to enable a more efficient and cost-efficient manufacturing and supply chain environment.\n\nFinancial Management:Manage IT value and monetary aspects, including budgeting and ongoing cost management.\n\nProject Management:Define and oversee the execution of the IT project roadmap and business case development.\nEnsure all IT projects are appropriately managed and executed.\n\n Architecture & Solutions:Define, design, and maintain enterprise architecture (Network, software, etc.).\nOversee solutions (applications and infrastructure) architecture, development, implementation, and management.\n\nTeam & Partner Management:Manage IT staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.\nManage business partners, including outsourced partners, to ensure performance per SLAs and business requirements are met.\n\n Reporting & Communication:Prepare report writing and presentations (e.g., board reports, IT Steercom presentations).\n\nService Delivery:Manage the IT service desk to ensure timely and effective support.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nIT-related Bachelor’s or Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications and experience.\nMinimum of 10 years of IT/systems experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.\nPreference will be given to candidates who have overseen an ERP migration and possess a strong manufacturing background.\nGood knowledge of ERP & MRP systems (ideally JD Edwards) within the manufacturing industry.\nStrong IT infrastructure knowledge (e.g., networks, servers, Microsoft systems (OS, AD, SCOM, SCCM), cloud environments, etc.).\nProven systems
