The role is accountable for delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource constraints, while ensuring compliance with PMO governance standards and project lifecycle controls. The incumbent coordinates internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners; manages risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and change; drives stakeholder engagement, training, business readiness, and operational transition; and provides clear performance, benefits, and governance reporting to leadership.\nResponsibilities:\nBusiness Analysis\nAnalyzing and gathering requirements\n\nDrawing up SOW and Business Case documents\n\nProject and Program Demand Management\n\nProject and Program Initiation, Planning and Execution\nDevelop detailed project plans\n\nAssign resources and coordinate activities\n\nManage resources (time, budget, people etc.)\n\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables\n\nConduct steering committee meetings, utilize communication plans\n\nKeep projects up to date for real time visibility, including RAID logs and subsequent dashboards and reporting\n\nPut together test cases and get stakeholder sign off\n\nLeadership\nDraw up communication plans and cadence\n\nFacilitate project meetings and steering committee calls\n\nRisk Management\nIdentify risks as early as possible and develop mitigation strategies\n\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies and adherence to review boards\n\nReporting\nProvide project/program status reports to project teams, steering committee and senior leadership\n\nUse dashboards within the PM tool to ensure compliance with the PMO governance standards\n\nProject Closure\nEnsure proper project closure is carried out\n\nHand over documentation to helpdesk/support teams\n\nBenefits realization\n\nProject surveys\n\nStakeholder management\nPrimary point of contact for the project amongst all stakeholders\n\nManage expectations to ensure clear and regular communication on project status\n\nFlexibility for calls with regional counterparts or stakeholders in other time zones\n\nWorking alongside the PMO team on the rollout of the PMO, governance, standards and assisting business units\n\nPMO governance and project controls\n\nChange management and stakeholder engagement\n\nVendor management\n\nQuality assurance and continuous improvement\n\nData analysis and executive reporting\n\nAgile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies\n\nWorkshop facilitation and requirements elicitation\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering or related field\n\n6+ years of IT project and program management\n\nCertifications in: PMP, PgMP, Agile or Scrum certifications or equivalent are advantageous\n\nPMO governance and project controls\n\nChange management and stakeholder engagement\n\nVendor management\n\nQuality assurance and continuous improvement\n\nData analysis and executive reporting\n\nAgile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies\n\nWorkshop facilitation and requirements elicitation\n\nCapacity to work independently to complete projects and tasks\n\nAbility to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nProficiency in understanding and communicating IT related concepts, technologies and methodologies in the industry.\n\nProficiency in the use of project management software such as Wrike, Planisware, Jira etc.\n\nProven experience managing successful teams and navigating complex issues\n\nAbility to engage with stakeholders at all levels, to comprehend the conversations and to present key information clearly\n\nProficiency in communicating technology concepts, delivery methods, and project information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nProven track record of successfully delivering projects, within time, scope, budget and resource constraints.\n\nExperience managing large, complex projects\n\nStrong knowledge of PMO governance, project controls, lifecycle compliance, stage-gate reviews, and audit-ready documentation.\n\nExperience with vendor management, third-party coordination, commercial commitments, and delivery risk oversight.\n\nStrong quality assurance, lessons learned, continuous improvement, and benefits realisation capabilities.\n\nAdvanced data analysis, executive reporting, dashboard development, and presentation skills.\n\nExperience applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.\n\nStrong workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, business analysis, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\n\nPlease consider your application
