The purpose of the IT Personnel position is to centralize and optimize IT management, ensuring clear accountability. The IT Supervisor will oversee data centralization, software integration, and maintain the company intranet. They will manage a centralized document control library and ensure timely updates on important dates. Additionally, the IT Supervisor will handle website management, easing the workload of the Procurement team.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain current systems, including Sage, Wifi, Radio, Network Shared Drives, Printers, Cloud Services, Microsoft Server Environment, CCTV, Video Conferencing,and PABX Telephony across the organization.\n\nDevelop and update IT standard guidelines and companywebsites to meet operational needs.\n\nProvide technical advice and system training to staff.\nImplement new IT solutions, including analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and training, in line with business requirements.\nManage, negotiate, and liaise with external IT service providers and internal users to ensure system functionality.\n\nCoordinate the entire project lifecycle, including scope management, business requirements, specifications, testing, deployment, and data backup.\nProvide first-level support for system modules across departments.\nExecute project management communication plans, track project status, and report on performance, issues, and risks.\nPerform regular system health checks, backups, preventive maintenance, and ensure server and system functionality across the organization.\nRecommend IT strategies and policies, stay updated onindustry trends, and ensure compliance with company safety\npolicies while completing additional tasks as assigned.\n\n Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nWell knowledgeable in software and hardware\nCapable of creating and managing IT budgets\nStrong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues\nProficient in network administration and cybersecurity practices\nSkilled in
