and update workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment.\nAssist in the deployment and management of IT policies and procedures.\nSupport internal teams with software applications and technical queries.\nCollaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.\nMaintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support logs.\nImplement and support Microsoft Office products and Microsoft 365, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.\nProvide support for videoconferencing facilities and projectors.\nInstall and support network and local printers.\nDesign and install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling.\nInspect LAN infrastructure and troubleshoot network issues.\nInstall and maintain VoIP software.\nTest and configure software while maintaining and repairing hardware and peripheral devices.\nOrganize and schedule installations and maintenance without disrupting workflows.\nRequirements:\n Education:National Senior Certificate.\nRelevant tertiary IT qualification (beneficial).\nA+ / N+ Certification (completed).\n\nExperience:2-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system maintenance.\n\n Skills:Proficiency in Windows-related packages and programs.\nUnderstanding of network cabling, switches, patching, and Wi-Fi.\nKnowledge of network printing and ADSL lines, routers, and
