computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, networking equipment, VoIP and CCTV systems.\nMonitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet connectivity.\nSupport and administer Microsoft 365, ERP, accounting, CRM, inventory and warehouse systems, and other business applications.\nMaintain cybersecurity controls, antivirus, firewalls, access policies and POPIA compliance.\nManage data backups, disaster recovery procedures and recovery testing.\nMaintain IT asset registers, software licences, system documentation and IT policies.\nLiaise with external IT service providers, software vendors and hardware suppliers.\nAssist with IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations and hardware
