manage and maintain the branch loan printer pool.\n\nRepairs: Ensure all hardware repairs are completed and shipped out to branches timeously.\n\nDomain Administration: Manage user accounts, password resets, and profile unlocking within Active Directory.\n\nNetwork Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, ADSL, 3G, Wi-Fi, and VoIP issues; escalate complex network queries to the Network Administrator.\n\nEmail Administration: Troubleshoot mail accounts and manage mail server queues (releasing/deleting large emails).\n\nHelpdesk Operations: Provide remote and telephonic support, resolving tickets logged in the Unibase job system within SLA.\n\nSoftware Deployment: Install and configure core OS and 3rd-party software (e.g., Unibase Emulator, ProClarity, internal catalogues).\n\nVendor Liaison: Collaborate with Unibase consultants to resolve ERP system and branch printing issues.\n\nMinimum Responsibilities:\nEducation: Matric (Grade 12) essential;
