users on Windows 11 and 10 (entry-level candidates welcome).\nExperience with macOS.\nWorking knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches and Wi-Fi.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user administration.\nValid driver's licence and your own reliable transport.\nWillingness to travel to stores and sites, including outside Gauteng, and to work after hours when needed.\nMethodical problem solver who finds the cause, not just a quick workaround.\n AdvantageousCompTIA Network+, Microsoft MD-102 or equivalent certification.\nExperience with retail POS systems, barcode and label printing, or industrial scales.\nExperience in retail, food manufacturing or another multi-site environment.\nExperience with remote-access tools and a ticketing system.\nBasic knowledge of CCTV, VoIP phones or mobile device
