required\n What We're Looking For:Grade 12\n2-4+ years' experience in a corporate IT support environment (professional services or legal environment advantageous)\nExperience assisting users in person and remotely\nWindows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support experience\nWindows Server with Hyper-V and VMware\nSolid understanding of AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SMTP\nExperience supporting Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Exchange Online\nWorking knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)\nWorking knowledge of endpoint security and patch management\nWorking knowledge of SQL\nRelevant IT certification(s) preferred (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)\nValid driver's licence with own reliable transport\nWillingness to alternate between Cape Town and Stellenbosch offices\n Please
