The candidate should possess extensive experience in providing information technology support in a fast-paced environment and ensure that the IT systems of the firm run efficiently.\n Duties and responsibilities are as follows:Providing IT support and assistance to the Staff.\nMonitoring hardware, software issues and systems performance metrics.\nSetting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (computers, routers, printers etc).\nAdvising on IT equipment upgrades.\nKeeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support and ensuring system security.\nProviding orientation and guidance to the Staff on how to operate new software and computer equipment.\nMonitoring and upgrading (where necessary) computer hardware (HDD, SSD, Processors, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure full and proper functionality.\nInstall and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications and give guidance on how to operate software and computer equipment.\nDaily operation of all IT Equipment in the workplace.\nDaily, weekly & monthly server backup.\nManaging telephone users, groups, extensions.\nManaging video-conferencing facilities.\nEnsuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.\nMaintain a service desk ticketing system for documentation, logging, monitoring and reporting all incidents.\nPerform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc).\nIdentify computer or network equipment shortages and, source best quotations and place orders.\nManagement of CCTV Surveillance equipment.\nComply with all data policies, standards, and processes.\nMaintain our cloud-based system with our group of developers, report issues to developers and testing of fixes.
