You must possess:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline

At least 7 years of professional backend development experience

Deep mastery of Core Java and object-oriented design

Extensive experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot

Expertise in designing secure RESTful APIs

Experience building high-volume, low-latency transaction systems where precision is everything

Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems

Experience with modern CI/CD practices

An insatiable thirst for elegant code and solving impossibly complex problems
