environment.\nThe successful candidate will support the House Manager and concierge team in overseeing daily guest services, coordinating special requests and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional and seamless experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist with the daily management of guest services and the smooth running of the property.\n\nProvide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to guests.\n\nAssist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently.\n\nCoordinate restaurant bookings, transfers, excursions, private experiences and other concierge requests.\n\nAnticipate guest needs and ensure that individual preferences and special requirements are attended to.\n\nMaintain strong communication with housekeeping, front office and other operational departments.\n\nAssist with monitoring room readiness, property presentation and overall service standards.\n\nHandle guest enquiries, requests and concerns professionally and promptly.\n\nSupport the House Manager with daily operational duties, scheduling and administrative tasks.\n\nMaintain accurate guest information and ensure special requests are communicated to the relevant teams.\n\nAssist with organising VIP arrivals, special occasions and bespoke guest experiences.\n\nBuild positive relationships with guests and external service providers.\n\nUphold the hotel's standards of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail at all times.\n\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience in a luxury hotel, boutique property, private residence or high-end hospitality environment.\n\nExperience in guest relations, concierge services, front office or hospitality supervision would be advantageous.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nA polished, professional and approachable manner.\n\nExceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\nA proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues efficiently.\n\nStrong administrative and computer skills.\n\nThe ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.\n\nA strong understanding of luxury service standards and personalised guest experiences.\n\nDiscretion, reliability and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.\n\nFlexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.\n\nSalary:
