support and ticketing process.\n\nTechnology Management:\nMonitor the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems).\n\nIdentify and communicate any recurring problems, shortcomings, or opportunities to improve infrastructure.\n\nMaintain a full working knowledge of Microsoft 365.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nRelevant degree or diploma.\n\nMicrosoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900).\n\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ900).\n\nITIL V3/4 certification.\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support role.\n\nExperience working in a Microsoft 365 environment.\n\nExperience working in a Microsoft Azure environment.\n\nKnowledge: Strong customer service acumen and strong technical knowledge (Microsoft 365, networking, server
