updates\n\nReport suspicious activity\n\nMinimum Requirements\nRelevant certifications (A+, N+, etc.)\n1+ year experience in IT support / helpdesk\n\nBasic knowledge of:\n\no Windows 10/11\no Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)\no Networking fundamentals\nGood troubleshooting and communication skills\nAdvantageous\nExposure to Active Directory / Azure AD\n\nExperience with asset
