computer systems).\n\nIdentify and communicate any recurring problems and opportunities to improve infrastructure.\n\nMaintain full working knowledge of Microsoft 365.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nRelevant Degree or Diploma.\n\nMUST HAVE: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ900), and ITIL V3/4.\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a support role.\n\nExperience working in a Microsoft 365 Environment.\n\nExperience working in a Microsoft Azure Environment.\n\nKnowledge: Strong customer service acumen and technical knowledge (Microsoft 365,
