This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional who thrives on evaluating investments, conducting financial feasibility studies, and contributing to the strategic growth of a diverse property portfolio.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAcquisitions & Investment Analysis\nIdentify and assess new property acquisition opportunities.\n\nConduct market research, rental analysis, and capitalisation rate assessments.\n\nPrepare financial feasibility studies and investment evaluations.\n\nPresent acquisition opportunities and recommendations to management.\n\nCoordinate due diligence investigations and compile comprehensive reports.\n\nSupport finance applications and stakeholder engagement throughout the acquisition process.\n\nProperty Development\nEvaluate development opportunities across existing and new land holdings.\n\nPrepare financial feasibility models for proposed developments.\n\nWork closely with development teams, consultants, and external professionals.\n\nAssist with project planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring.\n\nSupport leasing and marketing initiatives for completed developments.\n\nAttend site meetings and provide ongoing project analysis and recommendations.\n\nProperty Sales & Disposals\nAssist in developing sales strategies for identified properties.\n\nCoordinate with property agents to market assets.\n\nPrepare professional sales packs and supporting documentation.\n\nMonitor sales progress and facilitate purchaser due diligence.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders.\n\nConduct market research and property-related analysis.\n\nPrepare reports on acquisitions, developments, and disposals.\n\nSupport tender submissions and special projects where required.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Property Studies, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.\n\nExperience in property analysis, acquisitions, investment analysis, commercial property, or property development.\n\nStrong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills.\n\nSound understanding of property markets and investment principles.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.\n\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work independently.\n\nSuccess in This Role\nYou'll thrive in this position if you enjoy identifying investment opportunities, delivering insightful financial analysis, and contributing to the successful acquisition, development, and disposal of commercial property assets.
