established hospitality resort is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Stock Controller to manage inventory, monitor stock movements and ensure accurate stock records and effective cost control.\nMinimum requirements: \n\nAt least five years' relevant stock control or inventory experience, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel, lodge or resort.\nRelevant qualification in Stock Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain or Hospitality.\nExperience handling food stock and perishable goods.\nKnowledge of stocktaking, stock rotation and inventory reconciliation.\nComputer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and stock management systems.\nStrong numerical, organisational and administrative skills.\nExcellent attention to detail, accuracy and integrity.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive and inspect deliveries against orders and delivery notes.\nMaintain accurate stock records and inventory systems.\nIssue stock according to approved requisitions.\nConduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.\nMonitor expiry dates and implement stock rotation procedures.\nEnsure correct storage of food items and kitchen supplies.\nMonitor stock levels and report replenishment
