required.\nProfessional communication skills in English.\nKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND OBJECTIVES\nClient & Load Management\nReceive and process load requests accurately and timeously.\nConfirm client rates within agreed turnaround times.\nIssue load instructions to transporters.\nMonitor active loads and provide regular client updates.\nResolve load delays, breakdowns, and incidents efficiently.\nTransporter LiaisonAllocate loads to approved transporters.\nNegotiate transporter rates within approved rate structures.\nBuild and maintain strong transporter relationships.\nReport transporter performance or compliance concerns.\nAssist with onboarding new transporters and required documentation.\nCommercial PerformanceAchieve monthly load and revenue targets.\nProtect company margins on every load.\nIdentify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts.\nSupport business development initiatives.\nMaintain commercially sustainable transporter agreements.\nAdministration & ReportingMaintain accurate load register records.\nEnsure all load documentation is filed correctly and timeously.\nSubmit weekly operational reports.\nMonitor outstanding PODs and disputes.\nMaintain accurate real-time operational records.\nCompliance & SecurityAdhere to company SOPs and operational procedures.\nVerify transporter compliance documentation.\nFollow load security protocols on high-risk routes.\nReport any fraud, theft, or irregular activities immediately.\nEnsure compliance with transport and operational regulations. \n Remuneration OfferedMarket-related basic
