Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of commodities from origin to destination, ensuring shipments are executed efficiently, accurately and on time.Key issues.\nCoordinating transport bookings and delivery schedules.\nAssisting with import/export processes and ensuring documentation complies with relevant requirements.\nMaintaining accurate logistics records and providing regular shipment updates.\nWorking closely with commercial, operations, finance and supply-chain teams.\nAllocating supplier and transport invoices to correct loads.\nCollecting of POD’s.\nWeekly planning of loading dates and stock delivery.\nHandling of client, transport and supplier related queries.\n24/7 contact with all relevant parties.\nSupporting the continuous improvement of logistics processes and cost efficiencies.\nWhat We're Looking ForRelevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Commerce or a related field.\n2-5 years' experience in logistics coordination, freight, commodities, trading or a related environment.\nExperience with imports/exports and international freight will be advantageous.\nStrong understanding of transport, shipping and supply-chain processes.\nExcellent administrative and organisational skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong communication and relationship-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.\nA hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work under
