requirements through management.\nUtilize email, WhatsApp, telephone, and other communication platforms effectively.\n Systems and Administration\nProcess purchase requisitions and other depot-related administrative requirements.\nCapture and maintain accurate operational data and records.\nBecome proficient in the use of Nutlogger and other company software systems.\nPrepare and submit operational reports as required.\n Logistics and Procurement Support\nCollect supplies, equipment, and consumables from town when required.\nMonitor and report inventory levels of operational supplies and consumables.\nAssist with procurement and stock control activities.\n Safety, Quality and Compliance\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.\nPromote and maintain a safe working environment for all depot personnel and visitors.\nEnsure quality standards are maintained throughout intake, drying, and storage processes.\nConduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment and report any maintenance requirements.\n Team Leadership and Supervision\nSupervise depot staff and contractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.\nProvide guidance, training, and support to team members.\nPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nMonitor employee attendance,
