maintenance records and reports\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure Occupational Health & Safety compliance\nConduct routine safety inspections\nOversee CCTV, biometric access systems and building security infrastructure\nEnsure compliance with company standards and statutory regulations\nPromote a safe and compliant working environment\nMinimum Requirements\nGrade 12\nTrade Qualification (Electrical, Plumbing or similar artisan qualification preferred)\nMinimum 5-8 years' Maintenance Management experience\nExperience within Student Accommodation, Property Management, Hospitality or Residential Facilities\nStrong technical knowledge of building maintenance\nExperience managing contractors and service providers\nPreventative maintenance planning experience\nComputer literacy, including Microsoft Office\nExperience using maintenance management systems will be advantageous\nExcellent leadership, planning and organisational skills\nWillingness to reside on-site as part of
