and manufacturing legislation.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise daily factory maintenance operations.\nCoordinate reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities.\nMinimise plant and equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.\nCoordinate first-line maintenance to optimise production efficiency.\nRaise and manage maintenance job cards and ensure required work permits are obtained.\nParticipate in root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, etc.) to prevent recurring equipment failures.\nReview and approve completed maintenance work.\nEnsure plant, equipment, and work areas remain safe and well maintained.\nEnforce housekeeping standards throughout the factory.\nCoordinate planned plant shutdowns and maintenance activities.\nPrepare maintenance reports and provide feedback to management.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.\nPromote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.\nIdentify operational risks and report concerns to management.\nMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nResolve maintenance-related issues efficiently and professionally.\nSupervise and support maintenance team members.\nConduct employee performance reviews and monitor performance objectives.\nIdentify training and development needs in collaboration with HR.\nManage employee relations matters fairly and consistently.\nAssist with maintenance budget preparation.\nMonitor maintenance expenditure and ensure
