environments.\nExperience managing vendors, technical incidents, service delivery, compliance, and technology transformation initiatives.\nAdvantageous:\nExperience within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Customer Experience (CX) environments.\nExposure to CCaaS migrations and cloud transformation projects.\nExperience in telephony modernisation, AI, speech analytics, and
