priorities, and contribute to revenue growth.\n\nDevelop and execute integrated programme marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including paid media, to achieve lead generation and enrolment objectives.\n\nCollaborate with channel sales teams through regular meetings to align marketing activities with sales pipelines, commercial priorities, and enrolment targets.\n\nPlan and manage conferences, exhibitions, webinars, information sessions, and other market engagement activities to increase visibility and generate leads.\n\nMonitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, enrolment results, and relevant market insights to improve marketing effectiveness.\n\nIdentify and implement opportunities to use artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance and marketing processes.\n\nOversee the development and delivery of programme marketing materials and collateral, ensuring accuracy, creativity, quality, and brand consistency.\n\nManage allocated programme marketing, paid media, and event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to approved financial parameters.\n\nEvaluate campaign performance, lead quality, and return on marketing investment to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing expenditure.\n\nManage external marketing agencies, creative partners, and suppliers to ensure quality deliverables, cost efficiency, and compliance with agreed timelines and project requirements.\n\nEnsure marketing activities support a professional client and participant experience throughout the programme marketing process.\n\nLead, supervise, and develop the Marketing Coordinator through effective delegation, clear expectations, regular feedback, and ongoing guidance.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, sales teams, senior management, and other business units, to support integrated marketing objectives.\n\nEnsure the responsible handling of marketing and lead data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements, while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and appropriate human oversight when using emerging
