What We're Looking For
- BEng (Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering) qualification. (Master’s would be a big plus!)
- (3-5) or (8-10) years' experience in mechanical design, product development, AND engineering consulting.
- Strong design software experience, with a track record of leading design projects.
- Deep understanding of drawings, BOMs, revision control, manufacturing, and design release processes.
- Proven experience consulting with clients - able to engage confidently with engineering managers, technical teams, and international stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project delivery skills, with the ability to work independently and lead within a team.
- Experience working with international clients, ideally across multiple regions and time zones.
- Experience with PDM, PLM, ERP, or engineering data management systems.
- Exposure to FEA, CFD, or other simulation tools.
- Experience with design automation, templates, workflows, or engineering process improvement.
