Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field (Master’s advantageous)

8-10+ years senior operations leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail

Proven experience managing national distribution networks and high-volume fulfilment operations

Strong financial acumen and experience managing large operational budgets

Demonstrated leadership capability in scaling operations within a high-growth environment

Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
