The IT Network Administrator & Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, with a proven ability to manage complex network environments and resolve technical issues promptly.Responsibilities:\nNetwork Design and Implementation\nDesign and deploy network solutions that align with the organization's goals and requirements.\nInstall and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless\naccess points.\nPlan and manage network expansion and upgrades to accommodate growth and new technologies.\nNetwork Administration\nMonitor network performance, ensuring maximum uptime and optimal speed.\nPerform regular network maintenance, including patch management, firmware updates, and backups.\nMaintain detailed network documentation, including configurations, policies, and diagrams.\nTroubleshooting and Technical Support\nDiagnose and resolve network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.\nProvide technical support to end-users and collaborate with other IT staff to resolve issues.\nAnalyze network traffic and security logs to identify and mitigate potential threats.\nNetwork Security\nImplement and maintain robust network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, encryption, and\naccess controls.\nConduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential risks.\nDevelop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure network resilience in case of emergencies.\nProject Management and Collaboration\nLead or participate in network-related projects, from planning through implementation, ensuring timely\nand successful completion.\nCollaborate with other IT and business departments to support ongoing operations and projects.\nMentor and train junior IT staff on networking best practices and technologies.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 5 -
