In this role, you'll provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring their network is secure, scalable, and high-performing. You will be responsible for aligning their network strategy with business goals, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring our systems are reliable and compliant with security standards.Responsibilities:\nNetwork Management: Design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).\n\nTeam Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to network engineers. Prepare documentation, allocate tasks, and oversee the resolution of incidents.\n\nSecurity & Compliance: Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall rules and segmentation. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities, support audits, and monitor network security.\n\nPerformance & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics like network performance, uptime, and incident trends. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.\n\nCollaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
